Okay, so when I bought my Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 there was a code on the receipt for a 1 year prepaid subscription for CoD Elite.

I enter that in, I linked my Xbox, I did everything.

I got the regular CoD Elite title, the gray one.

My friend did the same thing but yet he has the gray and green one.

I'm just wondering why I don't have the green one, not a big deal just a question.
