when i try sign into XBL it say cant sign into xbox live and i got test connection and it fails and i go to more info and it says cant obtain ip address and i have tryed all the suggestions and nothing works

Did you reset to factory default? If u did call microsoft they'll tell you what to do.

Try completely restarting your internet if you haven't. If that doesn't work, try playing wired/wireless if you have an ethernet wire.

Not entirely sure what's wrong with it. If all else fails, Call Xbox live support

Turn off your xbox and turn off your modem/router. Wait 15-20 mins then plug both in turn on modem/router only wait another 5-10 minutes then turn on xbox. Should fix your problem if not phone microsoft homie

my only suggestion is turn your router of and back on.
