If youre using Steam, a quick solution is to verify the integrity of your Steam game cache to resolve the problem. If it persists, update ensure that both your graphics drivers and DirectX are updated.

i even did what it said to do in the .nfo but i still get the message and sorry but thats all i could find about the problem

It's Ok I found the fix

And Go to the Razor1911 folder and copy it to the "the Elder Scrools V" folder and just paste it in there
