how do you change your class on cod elite

Is this patched up? I can't set into elite due to the traffic either way, but it would be nice to know officially.

I lost my legit 2hours of double xp.. used to have an XP up at the top of player card, now it's gone...

STEP 10. RINSE AND REPEAT UNTIL YOU HAVE AS MUCH 2X XP AS YOU WANT!
