are the servers down for modio?

I'm having trouble doing an ISO mod for COD WAW that uses hot swapping. It gets to 47% then says disc is dirty. I've tried 2 diff discs from ISOSICKLE and they are in mint condition.

Couple questions I guess.

A) Can I hot swap on a 360 Slim?

B) What would the alternative be? IE. Flashing my 360, etc and would would I need to buy?

I have Interrupter Principle V 1.2 and am anxious to get this working. Any help will be so greatly appreciated.

I got banned and need a modding tool to transfer the ownership of the gamesaves. I tried modding the id's of the gamesave to make it work with the new account i made, but the id's dont change the ownership of the gamesave. When i put the new gamesave back on my xbox and try to transfer it to the new account, it still says its owned by the old account and cannot be transferred between profiles.

can i host a private modded zombies on xbox if so how do i do it

Okay, im making a mod menu for world at war zombies, a gamesave of course. I just wanted to know if i could edit it in CoD tool or HxD to have my gamertag in it, just so people know its mine. Like, i have all the Dvar codes done, but i think i did it wrong also, For example, to give me all the weapons, i put in the setting "b" and then the value "give all" i feel like i need to add something extra at the end of it, anyway back to the editing the text, is there anyway i can make it so when i press a button is says like "Trazzy HD's Mod Menu!" or something?

How do you rip games to work on a jtag ?
( make them smaller)what software will I need and where is the best place to get them ?
