The companies sue the hosting site = The hosting site gets taken down.

It would have an effect internationally.

companies can sue hosting sites now. remember lime wire. yea it got shut down, the only reason why piratebay, and other website arnt getting shut down is because that any1 can post what they want on them. so its not there fault if something illegal is posted

Guys this is a serious problem if this does pass through we would not be able to post gameplays or montages or even music on the internet anymore and don't be like "O this won't pass or this is not going even be considered" trust me they wouldn't be even looking at it if it was that way so guys please do take your time and sign the petition it really does help.
