okay guys i just bought myself a new laptop and i've get some problems

#1
my webcam doesn't seem to work

my mic doesn't work
#3
i can only play skyrim on low while my laptop is even better than the recommended spec.

I highly doubt that laptop passes Skyrim's recommended specs. You did not give us your exact model, but the models I found all had a ATI Radeon HD 3200 GPU. This is an extremely old GPU and there's no way it can run Skyrim.

Chech your device manager for missing drivers.
Easiest way to do this is click your start button then type Device Manager in the search bar.
As for performance wise. Since it is a laptop.
You want to make sure the power options are all set to high.
It would help if you posted the video card.
But seeing that it has an i7 in there, you probably have a fairly new computer.

look on tuts on youtube for each problem and you should get it fixed
