Avatar only requires you to get a combo, hit "B" a couple times and you'll have 1,000 gamerscore. It's by far the easiest Gamer Score. You can also buy sports games, those are usually quite easy.

some arcade games are good for it but they only give 200G

If you are looking for easy gamerscore, why not just gamesave and spd them?
Its alot easier....
