Alright that's weird because a guy named Jtags100 on YouTube did the exact same thing sent me a USPS tracking number and it tracked to Pennsylvania. Thankfully I made the guy post it on eBay before I bought it so eBay is working on getting my money back. He also charged me $140

He had a proof youtube video with his username an a time stamp with his Jtag and XeX menu. He then ran a MW2 patch via system link
