cause i have one and some told me ill get banned from the sever if i have one and idk if
i should be scared or not

No, you will not be banned. I have had my colored GT since MW3 came out and nothing has happened/will ever happen. Only thing that will happen is they will patch it and it won't work anymore. That's what happened on MW2. You will not be banned.

Maybe because it is a GPD mod and they said that any type of modding will get you banned

No its their fault for putting colored clantags for elite members so theirs no way they can patch editing with hex now.

No basically its considered a glitch/dvar modification and is not the type of thing to get you banned.
On call of duties twitter they said no one will get banned but it shall get patched soon enough, if thats possible with out kicking people off of xbox live

yeah, my friend got banned for 24hr cuz of modded GT (diff color) and clan tag.

becareful.
u can get banned for a shit load of time
