Im not being a jackass Im just telling you the facts.... :/

Photoshop is 'supposed' to be used for making cydia themes ... instead of using some crappy software.

And you are advertising other peoples work without their consent .. so yes it is copyright .. you have also named the topic ... "My Custom theme" .. the word 'my' suggests that you made the theme when in fact you didn't ... also this forum is for iPod/iPhone jailbreaking .. not for advertising your themes or any other people's themes .. its purpose is ... "Learn how to Jailbreak your iPod and your iPhone + iTouch, install custom software, and hardware modifications." not to suggest to people that they should download themes .. it is solely for helping with the jailbreaking process.

I'm going to break this down into bullets so you might understand it.
-I'm not "advertising" my theme. I posted it here to get feedback. My phone is jailbroken so I'm pretty sure this fits in nicely.
-By putting "my custom theme" I imply that it's mine because it's the one I use. Not that I have ownership over any part of it.

You could have approached this differently instead of jumping all over me in your first post. I'm not looking to continue this argument so I'll take your advice on "claiming" the theme as my own. Thanks. I appreciate your concern for my well being.
