how do you get the double xp from a clan?

Okay, well until 2 weeks you need to join a clan with a lot of founders which can choose to give about 500+ xp to a clan of their choice. But if your not a founder then you cant do anything but recruit... and double xp comes at level 10 which takes a while to get to at the moment you need like 100 founders to get that.
