So according to the website I can become I founder if I purchase a premium membership by Nov 30th

How much is premium? Is it like a years worth of membership?

its $60 or 4000 Mspoints. its worth it, cause what you spend on the Map packs, is about the same. And with eilte you get the map packs when they come out
