so i found a video about the a untethered jailbreak for iOS 5.0.1
is this true or fake?
if it's not fake can i get in trouble for jailbreaking my iPhone 4s?
i not fully paid it (agreement)
every month i pay a part of the money...

There is a jailbreak but it's called a "Tethered" Jailbreak, meaning everytime you turn on your iPhone, you'll basically need to re-jailbreak your iPhone to get your jailbreak. It's really annoying. BNest bet would be to wait for an untethered jailbreak. Here's a video on how to just incase you still want to:

ok and if i downloaded some free apps with cydia like doodle jump and all that and turn my iPhone off.. and then on do i still have them then (the apps)?

With 5.0.1 you will have to boot teathered, Which you will have to use redsnow to do. Then you can use the games again.

Just youtube top 10 paid apps on youtube, You might have to wait a while for a unteathered since 5.0.1 has new security features

All Devices can be jailbroken on ios 5.1 except iphone 4s and ipad2 srry
