I plan on building a new PC in the future, and I already know all the parts I want. I built the same one at school, but the parts were paid for with a grant. However, I don't get to keep that computer.

I plan on spending $1000 to build it, but i'm struggling to come up with the money.

Before you say anything, yes I have a job, but I have Car insurance, food, and gas to pay for.

How did you come up with the money to build your computer?

I saved up 2k from holidays and birthday to get my MacBook Pro. But now I have a job so its not as hard to get money.
