go to clan tag hit xxxx (4 times ) then done u have ur name back

PS: Did u do the a symbol and j?
because that gets rid of your name

the clan tag glitch he done was AJ but the A has the line above it, all this does it move your gamertag down into the next players gamertag this makes an error it says 1.1server not found this make it so you are unable to start a game it will load the map then kick you out with the error message

all you have to do is go to callsigns then clan tag then hold down the X button ON YOUR CONTROLLER and after 5 sec let go and press start then back out of callsigns and you should have it back or you can just shut off your xbox and turn it back on then u should have your new gamertag if you dont already (first follow the first step) you cant get your gamertag that you had before back cause youll have to re pay 800 ms points to change hope this helps
