please let me know what the highest level for a secondary is an what you get for highest level acheived?

Secondaries have a maximum of 10 weapon levels and you cannot get them gold to the best of my knowledge, this is only because not many are too certain as to what you can access by 10th Prestige.

no you can not get gold secondaries even though that would be awsome
