You can report users who are not on your players met list by going to the PlayStation website and using the Grief reporting page here

Update does not complete install:

Use a different HDD this may work.


Blu-Ray discs Cants Be Read:

Replacing the laser has been known to fix this issue. Send you console to the nearest console repair or use your warranty to get it fixed.


Disc is auto-ejected:

Just Stay connected to the Internet their may be a problem with your connection.


Black screen when loading games via disc:

If downloaded games from the market and they can still be played then it is most likely a disc read error to resolve this either try a new disc or get the lens replaced.


No longer able to use Ethernet/WiFi:

Just restart the router/modern this is a common error.


Starting to splash screen/blank screen:

Buy a new Hard Drive this has been known to solve this issue.

In-game XMB not showing:

Just make sure its actually a PlayStation 3 game not any other formats(Xbox,PC etc)
