This build seems pretty good...
The 8GB RAM seems overkill, unless your going to be working with media producing... (editing clips, rendering long distances of time, etc.)

I don't know much about those parts since I just build my first comp lot of all the same stuff except I made mine cooled by water.

Are you going to be gaming or just doing small daily tasks?
If you're gaming I suggest getting an i5 2500K, AMD is worse then Intel for gaming (and in almost every other way too). Also you might want to go for a GTX 560 or higher.
