well you open your save in horizon then go to contents, then you will see the savegame.dat. right click on it and change the .dat part to .ess. then right click and extract it to doucuments/my games/skyrim/saves and insert there. then load up skyrim do your mods save your game then. right click on the save.ess in your xbox save and choose replace. then rename it back to savegame.dat. then hit Save, Rehash and Resign.
if you want i can make a quick video showing you how

alright well if you have any questions just pm me, also if you get good at modding xbox to pc and stuff, would you like to join my skyrim modding save shop?
also when modding health/stamina/magicka/carry weight/dragon souls use this command instead
player.modav health (then amount)
player.modav stamina (then amount)
player.modav magicka (then amount)
player.modav carryweight (then amount)
player.modav dragonsouls (then amount
it says use player.setav but it doesnt save.
also use this trainer for maxing out skills to either 100 or 9999 and it has the perk points in it, so you can add perk points to your char

you cant unless you want to level a skill to 100
player.advskill (skill name) (how much exp to give) (for level 100 i put like 1000000)
or you can use the trainer when skyrim is open and itll recognize your save and you can just put the perk points to 255 which is enough for every skill to have all perks unlocked
that is what i do

Transfer Your Skyrim Save onto your PC
Extract the Savegame.dat within the .exs (360 Save you just transfered onto your PC)
Go to the PC game save location *:\Users\*\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Saves
Put the Savegame.dat there and rename it to Savegame.ess
Load your Skyrim PC version and load the Savegame file
Add/edit whatever you want using the (`) Console Command
Save and Rename the Savegame.ess back to Savegame.dat and inject it back into your 360 save (.exs).
Rehash/Resign and transfer your 360 save (.exs) back onto your Save device.
