I want in ear headphones that aren't the rubber kind but just circle like the default ones you get with an iPhone.

The Yuin PK3 is the best option out there for an earbud at it's price point. If you can get a little more money, the PK2 is a big step up! They PK3s are around 40 bucks and the PK2s are around 80 bucks.

They're the best bassy IEMs at the price point.

If you would prefer over-ear headphones, the Sony XB700 is what I'd pick for you.

For on-ear headphones, the Koss Portapro is your best option.

I'd get them directly from Hifiman (which is Head-Direct), because people have reported bad experiences with the dealer that sells these through Amazon.
