you need apple http server which only like 10 people have because you have to jailbreak iphone 4s

Its nt that u gotta jb ur 4s, u gotta have a 4s uuid into ur iphone(watever one ur using) n hope u dnt get caught

I read somewhere that you can spoof your UUID so it connects to Apple's server

Siri has been ported to other devices and there will be a tool through cydia released that will let you connect it to the apple servers in sometime
