Summary please?

Well its about a man who used to work in Area 51 and called a radio which wanted to talk to people who work or have worked in Area 51 .And what happens during the phone call, the man who worked in Area 51 is basically exposing the government and tries to explain that the Government has made contact with extra-terrestrial beings, and that the government are planning attacks on society. And shortly before he finishes, the radio loses contact with the man and the radio show was cancelled shortly after.

The guy came back on the show years later and told him it was a joke.
