why are you on a moddin forum if your askin such a silly question ? it doesnt effect you in anyway shape or form its how they wanna play...

Because maybe people think that the game is missing something, from being able to craft lockpicks to re texturing the water to look more realistic. Why limit yourself to the basics when you can allow your imagination to flow?
