This guy had a good point,
If anyone has took the time to read the lobby's rules, they clearly state NO 10th Lobbies should be posted in this section. Most, if not all are fake anyway and are just trying to get subs or trying to spam their friends. If you are hosting one of these "10th Lobbies" please be aware that you can get banned/suspended.

Thank you! Geez i dont see why my topic was took down i sent a message to ttg about it. All i was doing was stating the obvious, THE RULES. Which apparently nobody abides by.
