Okay so My Toshiba tv will turn on with every button on the side of the tv except the power button and it turns off with every button on the tv. Exvept the power button and the remote. Anyone know how to fix it ?

IM trying to play mw3 and i cant change channel or anything just turn off and on with every button except power button and my remtoe wont work and its a srs dolby digital Plasma screen tv.
