take it apart air it out clean the button with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol since it dissolves very fast.

Rubbing Alcohol will fix it with a Q-Tip.

Take it apart and clean the buttons, or if you don't want to risk it send it back. Tell them you've only had it 3 weeks and the X button stick, I'm sure they will fix it/
