Since horizon is down i have tried numerous sites that say they have Oblivion modding tools but they are all viruses (thank you AVG), please if you no any program that i can mod Oblivion with and i dont have to be a VIP post a link in the discription.

i can give you a gamesave but you have to change the ids with modio its maxed tons of money i just found it a day ago
