probably not, unless they can stop it installing into your hardrive

No. I am in the Preview Program for the Dashboard. I have hotswapped while on the dashboard and instead of patching it or making it harder they made it easier. You have nothing to worry about.

you dont even have to download it to your hard drive. all u do is hotswap on the dashboard and it works
