I killed the 4 deadras in that one tomb place and how do I get more?

though out the whole game you get to many tombs with those hearts i have been to like 7 so far that have that you can even go into random caves and they might have them

If you go to The College of Winterhold, and find a man named Enhtir (name may be wrong) he sells two every 48 hours so buy two then wait 48 hours and buy two more. I saw a video on this so look on youtube for more info

just wait 5 days and go back they should respawn I know the one in kodlacks room respawns the four you get from the for you kill should also respawn
