If you find yourself getting this error -
"It appears though the persistent rank data for *Gamertag* has been corrupted. Your rank has been restored to the most recently stored backup: *RANK*"
Then read the rest of this topic, I will explain why it is caused and how you can prevent it!
It is caused from modding your leaderboards to the ABSOLOUTE max. This number is "2147483647". When you go into a public game to save your leaderboard stats, your stats will turn to "-2147483647". For example if you get a kill in that match your kills will turn to "-" if you get any score you score will turn to "-" and so on. Having negative leaderbaord stats will cause this error! Now you're probably thinking "Well how can I prevent this?!!?!11" Well think no more as I will tell you!
Firstly you CANNOT mod your leaderboard stats to the max number as they WILL automatically turn to "-" when you try to increase them any further, as "2147483647" is the max number that an xbox can handle. So, you should find a patch which does not mod your leaderboards to the absoloute max or find a patch which allows stats editing, so that you can still mod them high so your rank doesn't become corrupt, but not to the max so that it becomes corrupt.
Patches that do not mod your stats to the max are -
Patches that allow leaderboard stat editting are -

its also because they can tell you modded your rank. its been like this sense the first iso lobbies with one kill of a zombie is insta 10th. its not the leaderboards

i have the motion flex v2.0 but idk how tio get the leader board stats to sticky? just like rank, turn on the prestige (d-pad up) the switch it back to default controlls and mod away?? plz send pm as im going to bed and wont b on till 2maro or l8er.....JOHNS GETTIN AN ALIENWARE YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY

As long as they are not set to the max, they wont turn to "-" and will stick.
