The leaderboards/scoreboards are shocking in MW3. They haven't changed anything from MW2 (just like 99% of the game).

Black Ops had their leaderboards down to a T with the score per minute, and different options such as "Week," "Month," and "All Time". The in game scoreboard was a load better as well, with "Captures," "Defends," "Plants," "Defuses," "K/D" etc.

Leaderboards, in my opinion, should be a show of how good you are, and not be down to how much you've played.
