I just got my HDMI cord but i noitinced that now i cannot use my X31s so i was wondering if an bright person out there could tell me how to fix this problem. thank you

If you have component cable you can plug those in while hdmi is in but because they won't fit with hdmi also plugged in you will have to take the case off the components cable to get it to fit. I did that with mine and I didn't have to spend extra money on any extra cables.

Yea but there's a different setup depending on the headset. I'm only familiar with trittons but google it on whichever headset you have

if your tv has a plug that says " HEADSET " or " AUDIO OUT ", you can plug in the green wite in the HEADSET, or in the audio out put the white / red

i have a USB port and a HEADSET port, so my turtle beaches are directly connected to the TV

yea thanks everyone for there tips, i just took the csing off the regular cord so it fit in with the HDMI cord but now im just gonna rap it in electrical tape so no dust ruins it.

or if you have a computer monitor you can use your headset with a hdmi cord with no problems

i have the x31's also with an hdmi cord...all i did was plug the cord that came with it into the audio out in the tv and into the little transmitter and it worked...dont need the av cables

i was just curious if i stripped the casing off and used that and also with the hdmi cable will that harm my xbox in anyway?

There is a separate cable when using HDMI that has the red and white and a fiber optic cable

i was just asking if having both cables hooked up in the back of your xbox woul;d ruin itt thats all
