How to get 100 Sneak and 1 handed

Go to High Hrothgar and find a grey beard. sneak up behind him and beat the crap out of him! Use a dagger because it is faster and he doesent notice you hitting him with it. If you use this method you should get 100 in 20 min or less!

Ummm? I thought they were suppose to be peaceful? Also did they have cooldown for shouts or no?

no thats what i do and he stands and and i keep hitting him until he is too far away and redo
