I've been having trouble with MW3 for the past 3 days, and today with FIFA as well. Almost every game I join I am 1 bar or 3 bar with bullet delay. This isn't all day, I have good spells and bad spells.

My connection is a BT Homehub Wireless.

-NAT - Open
-Cannot be moved.
-Worked fine for months.

Try resetting your router, all I can really suggest.

Tried this an awful amount of times, usually does the trick but not anymore. Connection Tests on XBOX haven't done anything either.

I have the same setup as you and don't worry BT has been really slow this weekend.
If it doesn't work go to: homehub.home
And port forward mw3 and FIFA

Happened to me once, I just uplugged my router for an hour and a half while I hung out with friends then plugged it back in and it worked again. Patience is the key!

Had a few mates saying their connection was shite this weekend as well, hopefully the problem is at BT's end and they'll fix it.
