Set an alarm at like three points throughout the night and then go in the bathroom for like 5 minutes each time then flush the toilet. Hopefully they'll hear it and realize your sick. If they don't just tell them in the morning.

I'm trying to do a project right now and it's almost one in the morning. Probably gonna take another three hours.
