Wipe the HDD, download a cracked version of Windows, and then install it through a USB. You will lose everything, but it will work 100% again!

Re-Install your pc when your turn it on hold F8 you may have deleted your "System 32" which runs the pc or you have a bad virus.

Well all you're missing is the file that tells your computer to boot up.

If you have Windows 7, I can send it to you via skype.

If you don't have a drive. Mount your recovery disk Iso onto a USB. Start your computer into Advanced Startup (F8 most of the time) choose the USB as your first drive when booting. Restart and then it should run, then choose the fix on startup option or its equivalent. ;)
