Can you jtag an xbox 360 elite jasper made in 09 but it's been online recently

It depends on the dash and CB
The dashboard needs to be 7371 or lower and the CB needs to be exploitable
but if it has been online recently, its not able to be jtaged, but you can now RGH it (Its the same thing, but the jtag is better than a reset glitch hacked console)

Why do people say jtags are better? They do the 'exact' same thing. I'd take an rgh jasper even over a reballed xenon jtag any day.
