Okay, So my PayPal has been Limited and I've done everything its Asked me to do (Needed to change pass and Security Questions) and the other thing that I'm having trouble with is The Last thing I need to do. Its asking me to Verify my Address (I've done that) and Now it wants me to send them a picture of a bill with my name on it (which I don't have) Like any bill like a Cellphone bill, Electric bill ect... And Now I don't know what to do.
Please Help TTG
