Bap wrote no it is not. First of all, from a designer's perspective I can tell the user who made this in photoshop did an awful job at the realism. The low quality of the picture with a higher quality render of a plane, thats something a 3rd grader could match better.

Now in the real world, this photo would have been destroyed in the rubble. there is no way a flimsy camera would survive a 100+ story fall with the amount of debris surrounding it.
