Anyone/everyone can use Ronaldo with little skill involved.
If you use Messi correctly, he is 10x better than Ronaldo (IN GAME). I think before I sold him, he was 229 - 440 goals for me.
Remember, it isn't about what the cards say, it's about in-game stats e.g IF Suarez has around about 20 in-game stats that are better than Rooneys. For his price and rating, Rooney is actually over rated and over priced.
If you want a beast for cheaper than Messi/Ronaldo, get SIF RVP, absolute animal.
