some guy logged on the RSPS i play and used a vpn to make his self owenr? does any1 know how this is done and can they explain it to me?

Isn't a Virtual Private Network?
I don't know how that would make him an owner.

a vpn is like a VPS commonly used in the RsPs market for hosting private servers seeing that they never go down your server will never go down. But this person saying he is owner cause he is on the vpn is either a BombClient or he got into the VPN and made himself owner.

VPN: other terms an online computer Much like a VPS.

simplifying yours for possible 13 year olds

VPN = Computer that is on the net and its mummy and daddy never turn it off
