I got bannd for 2 days thinking it wasnt a big deal till i found out i was deranked to lvl 1 (previously a 72) and all of my leaderboards were reset to 0 EXCEPT my death and losses. SO think about that, not reseting my deaths and losses is even more of a slap to the face so my k/d after one game was 0.01

I have never heard of this method of boosting. But I think you had your theater mode on.

Isnt the guest camera turned off automatically if player 1 turns his off?
