I'm not sure if I like that. It would be nice not having to worry about the disc messing up.

gizmo366 wrote it should have a toaster inbuilt....

Then how would we record?
Also, this actually looks pretty cool - I wouldn't mind if this were the Xbox 720.
Though, a disc trey would be nice.

Looks like a cool prototype. Dunno if it's real...but cool looking nonetheless.

I will say this...if MS/Xbox goes the route of "all digital" content and does not include a DVD/Blu-Ray drive...count me out. I enjoy and appreciate companies trying to give us content digitally, but I don't want to be limited to it. What if I want to rent a game before I purchase it? What it I want to take my copy of Modern Warfare 6 to my brother in law's house and play split screen? What if I purchase a game and want to sell it on Craigslist?

I've been a proponent of the Xbox since it's release (bought the original box the 1st week it came out...joined XBL the first day it was started), but I'll cut ties if they drop the option of having a physical disc. Again...I doubt the photo's authenticity, but Sony's PSP GO showed us there IS a possibility of going completely digital...I hope MS doesn't go down that road.
