its called do the "FORGOT MY PASSWORD" you need the email and password you used to sign up for it and log into the email! i am not giving any more info out other that if u dont know the info personally or the person you will not be able to "hack them"..

you have to answer all this other info about your secret questions and stuff then they send it to another account
