Hey guys, I got a Turtle Beach PX21 headset a while ago but now it doesn't work anymore.. It gives sound and all but when I put in the talkback cable it works fine until I move it a little bit. like the wire moves a little bit up or something then my microphone disconnects?
Does anyone know what it is or how I can fix it. I asked some Turtle Beach guy and he said it's my controller but I might think my talkback cable still I only had it for like 2 months..
any thoughts? thanks

Keep Unplugging it Untail Your Contoller Disconnects and Should Work Or Try Reset Your Console

Make sure that the cods (If you have a corded version) are not tangled up together and if it doesn't help try taping the cord in place.

If you have more than 1 controller, test it with a different one. If it works with a different controller, then your microphone jack on the controller is messed up. If it isn't, then it's your microphone cable. I personally think it would be your controller's microphone jack. I've had this issue before with a different pair of Turtle Beaches. I just got a different controller to solve the issue. Good luck with your microphone problem though.
