That brings the price to exactly $950. You can always get a cheaper case and video card if you want. You really do not need 12GB RAM unless you are a professional video editor making very large projects. If you don't want to overclock you won't need the aftermarket CPU fan, but that's kind of the whole point of buying a 2500k.
