if you didn't do any legal contract with him, (notorized contract) the cops won't do anything, but look at him and tell him to get outta their office

Im going through police training wright now and legally he cant do nothing its in your house hold so that brings up the law "Whats in your home is yours" so dont worry if he calls tell him no refunds hang up, if he keeps contacting you call the police.

If he calls the police they can't do nothing unless he knows your address and if they do come to your house tell them he's harassing you and show them the proof on your phone but all craigslist trades are final that's why you test everything before trading

They can't do anything!
1. There's no written article saying you even traded.
2. His fault for not asking to test it.
3. His dumbas* probably tried to run it off a 2 guage wire.
4. Have the cops check the amp and the sub because he was probably trying to put out to much watts or since it's getting cooler out if you turn the sub all the way up without giving it a little time to warm up it can cause the sub to break.

If it was a trade. There is nothing he can do about it. Do you have any pictures of it being intact before you gave it away?
