1. Work to get Recon-Jug. (18 Points)
2. Lay a Jammer before throwing your Recon-Jug package
3. Once you pickup Recon-Jug, pickup your Jammer.
4. You will see you Jammers. One being the Jammer and the other is a Portable Radar.
Once you throw the second Jammer (Which is a Portable Radar) the Portable radar will pickup enemies twice as fast. In some cases, you will throw the Portable Radar, yet the radar ability will still be stuck to your character.
Found this suppose-glitch while working on trying to get "Recon-Jug Specialist Bonus". Enjoy

Basically get Recon Juggernaut. Before grabbing the care package the Point Streak comes from, lay down a Jammer. Once you pickup Recon Juggernaut, try to pickup your jammer.
As for the "Recon Jug. Specialist Bonus", Make a Specialist class with Hardline *Pro* as your first point-streak. The other 2 are up to the user. I personally like Blast Shield for Point-Streak 4 and Stalker for Streak 6.
To get point-streaks as the Juggernaut. You need to capture points in Domination; Score Flags in CTF; Plant/Defuse in Demolition. Once you get 2 points, you just need to accumulate Assists. Every 2 assists count as 1 point toward your Point-Streaks. Once you get 7 points. You'll be able to run around the map slightly faster than a typical player, but you'll have all perks activated as well. I have yet to die while in Specialist as Jug. But that only because I only get 2 minutes to run around before the game ends.
