Well after reaching level 38, I found a Daedric arrow in a shop somewhere out in the random landscape.

The bad-boy has 24 damage! Hopefully I can find more in the future!

Nice. I've been wondering how to get them. I wish I could have a bunch of them. What kind of bow do you have?

I use the Elven bow.
